Contractor charges are passed on without additional fees or mark-ups, keeping maintenance costs easier to understand.
Ongoing management is available at a straightforward yearly fixed rate, without a fixed-term contract requirement.
Most of the homes we let are in East and North London, and we take on the right properties anywhere in the capital.

From year two if the tenant stays, or management only
With Let & manage, your first year’s management is included. If the tenant stays on, management continues at the yearly rate for your property size – there is no separate renewal fee.
Central Gate Estates is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to these fees.
