Central Gate Estates Management is here to make property ownership easier, ensuring that landlords are not overcharged for routine property management. We operate with a straightforward yearly fixed rate, passing along contractor charges without any added fees, and no fixed-term contracts are required.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We start with an initial consultation, conducted either over the phone or in person at your convenience. Following this, we’ll visit the property to fully understand your needs and determine your preferred level of communication.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Each of your properties will be added to our secure ‘Client Services’ portal, along with tenant contact details and any necessary property information. Invoices for completed work are uploaded here, providing a clear record of what’s been done and when.
EFFICIENT OPERATIONS
After each job is completed, you’ll receive an email notification, and payment can be made through our secure payment portal. We can work directly with tenants, agencies, or landlords, based on your preferences.
TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE
Central Gate Estates Management and all our contractors are fully insured. Acting as a facilitator, we never add additional charges or mark-ups to contractor fees. This is our commitment to transparency and fairness for every landlord.
